59 YouTube Channels Realtors Should Subscribe to in 2023

There is a lot of high-quality free real estate training on YouTube!

Hopefully you can pick up some practical advice from some of the top channels, and only at the cost of your time.

Below is my own subscription list featuring active channels who are producing consistent, current, and actionable content on the residential real estate industry.

Greg Luther Coaching

Greg Luther is a real estate coach with over 20 years coaching. His YouTube channel is chock full of tips and tricks, featuring 5-20 minute digestible videos. His video titles are click-baity and I like it!

His coaching program includes online training programs on topics like “Luxury Agent Mastery”, “Bulletproof” (for listing presentations), and “The Art of the Copy” (for writing real estate content). He hosts live events, and weekly training.

Karin Carr

Karin Carr is a former opera singer with the Utah Opera Company and real estate agent of over 14 years. In 2018 she began YouTube for Agents, complete with a book on the subject!

She has a Facebook group dedicated to real estate video marketing. She offers one-time Zoom consultations as well as a paid YouTube training program with group coaching (or self-paced).

Krista Mashore Coaching

Krista Mashore is a real estate coach with a very busy YouTube channel of more than 9000 subscribers. She’s also an active real estate broker in California!

Her channel features lots of content for video marketing and lead generation. Some of her videos are audience Q&As.

As an eXp Realty agent, she also features a lot of content centered on that brokerage and its pros and cons.

Jaime Resendiz

Jaime is a well-subscribed YouTube channel with quality production quality, focused on YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads marketing. He is a newbie to the real estate scene but has grown quickly. He is currently an eXp Realty agent.

He does offer paid training with Echo Real Estate Advisors, focused on lead generation focused on YouTube marketing.

Greg Harrelson

Greg is the owner of Century 21 The Harrelson Group since 1993. His YouTube features soliloquies on real estate as well as interviews.

His site, Real Estate Sales Solutions, focuses on the CRM Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) and even sells pre-built Keap campaign workflows.

Icenhower Coaching and Consulting

Brian Icenhower is a former lawyer turned Realtor and the creator of TheRealEstateTrainer.com. He transitioned full time into coaching and founded Icenhower Coaching & Consulting in 2016, part of the Real Estate Trainer system.

He has numerous real estate YouTube videos that feature either him or speaking with team members, usually in 10-20 minute training videos.

Alisia Krastel

Alisia is an eXp agent with over a decade of experience. She has the Real Motherhustlers group for real estate professionals.

Her YouTube is young, but already chock full of bite sized content under ten minutes in length. Definitely a channel to follow for quick tips!

Oliver Graf

Oliver Graf has a full channel full of informative videos touching on marketing strategy, social media, cold calls, and even real estate investment tips.

Oliver Graf is the Co-founder of Big Block Realty and has a blog at OliverGraf.TV. He also hosts the Founders Club podcast.

Bryan Casella

If you’ve done any YouTube search on real estate topics, you’ve already run into Bryan Casella. His ubiquitous channel has over 170,000 subscribers.

His content is wide-ranging, talking about Zillow, handling real estate as a professional, working with real estate investors, and interviews with other agents. He has a lot of good live FSBO and expired live calls and tips, as well.

He works with Loida Velasquez who also has a popular YouTube channel with over 60,000 subscribers.

His is definitely one of the best real estate YouTube channels to follow.

He has a California team with eXp Realty.

Conclusion

I usually do podcasts while driving in the car, but will fall asleep listening to my favorite YouTube channels. Always trying to fit in my education! There is too much to keep up with, but I try.
