Divorces, graduating kids, marriage, and other events can trigger the attention of your marketing efforts and deserve a phone call. Users upload their contacts and are then notified when contacts are identified as likely to move.
Revaluate was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Golden, CO.

It did not work as promised, and after five months with no positive ROI, I said I couldn’t spend money on a product that does not produce returns. They told me I signed a 12-month contract and they want all their money. I offered another month, but they decided to send it to collections and sue for breach of contract. Be careful and look at alternatives

The only pro was the pitch.
Con
They sold us on all the ai technology. We had several issues with getting it to even work and had to schedule several meeting with the tech support team and they had no idea about the service they provide. Therefore theseznissues were never fixed. When we finally got on a call with the CEO which took over a week to discuss these unpleasantries. He was smug and din’t care that his product was not working as promised and that customers were unhappy. Also the AI technology only brought us only contacts who had no idea why we would contact them regarding real estate.
