    The app is awful. Even with a paid subscription it doesn’t sync the information properly and it gets lost. Keep your eye on billing too, they kept billing me after I cancelled. Use google forms, it’s free and a lot more reliable.

    Even though the app is free the only way to retrieve any lead information they was collected you have to pay the monthly fee.
    It’s old and outdated so do not waste any money on this piece of crap.

My Personal Recommendation

After being purchased by Placester there have been few updates to Open Home Pro. Placester had a major downsizing in 2018-2019 and it’s possible that Open Home Pro is not on the priority list of their tool suite.

Reviews of the app itself are largely negative.

However they have since allowed for a free version if you want to just try it out, so there is small harm. And free competitors like Kleard are no longer on market.
