Best Real Estate Team and Broker Websites in 2019
Updated January 22, 2019; Originally published July 3, 2018
RealTrends publishes an annual ranking of the top teams in real estate by transaction sides.
Here on Hooquest, I review and learn about different real estate broker websites. So I am of course curious – what are the top teams in America using for their website?
I took a look at all 250 top teams. For the 206 of them that I could identify their website provider, I noted it.
The results probably won’t shock you, but are very interesting nonetheless!
BoomTown crushes it. Real Estate Webmasters is in a comfortable second place, but still at a fraction of the market share that BoomTown boasts.
Below are these top platforms and websites with a brief summary.

BoomTown – 26%
Wow! 54 of the top 260 real estate teams in America use BoomTown for their website/CRM combo. If that isn’t a ringing endorsement of the platform, then I don’t know what is. BoomTown! is the king of the hill when it comes to top producing teams, and it is not close. Their sites are almost all the same and designed for one thing and one thing only: converting a high volume of leads.

Real Estate Webmasters – 9%
With a solid grip on second place is “REW”, or Real Estate Webmasters. Unlike BoomTown, REW makes a greater focus on SEO and ranking on Google, and is a completely different solution to BoomTown! Real Estate Webmasters is one of the most expensive options on this list, but also arguably the best.

kvCORE – 2%

WordPress
Over 46% of the top 250 team websites were built on WordPress.
That is not a surprise considering the #1 platform, BoomTown, builds their sites on WordPress, accounting for a big chunk of those WordPress sites.
Agent Image also builds their sites on WordPress.
How I Researched the Sites
As for the website provider, I generally found their name in the footer of the website. Some like Commissions Inc and Curaytor can be confirmed on the website’s Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy pages.
To see if it is a WordPress site or not (as well as other things they may have like chatbots, plugins, and IDX) I snoop them out on BuiltWith.com.
For example, below is a website that I can tell is both a WordPress site and uses Diverse Solutions IDX for their listings.
Conclusion
If you are exploring real estate team websites, I review the best platforms and websites. But checking on what the big boys and girls in real estate are doing is a great clue as to which systems are working for the pros.
It also speaks to the dominant prospecting style. BoomTown is King, and BoomTown users thrive on numerous Internet leads with a robust followup and long sales cycle. I guarantee you that the top real estate agents with BoomTown don’t complain about leads, because they know how to work them.
Was Chime not a factor in 2019?
i’ve been checking out your site a lot. Thank you for the work you do.
Though founded in 2016, Chime was a newer player then and not on my radar yet. I’ve definitely found they are a popular option at the moment and would be a contender.
