DotLoop is one of the most widely used e-signature software systems for agents and includes a complete transaction management component and broker features. It is one of the most complete, usable, and powerful solutions for real estate agents, teams, and brokers.
DotLoop, founded in 2008, is headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. DotLoop was acquired by Zillow and is one of their many products, since combined with their ShowingTime acquisition.

DotLoop allows you to create a free account. Indeed, when other agents invite you to document through DotLoop, you are often forced to make an account to access their documents. You cannot send documents with the free account.
A paid account is $32/mo for the Agents package. That plan comes with unlimited “Loops”, mobile app, task templates, and integrations.
The Team plan is $149/mo and adds transaction templates, compliance workflows, and reporting features.
The Enterprise plan is $199/mo and adds the DotLoop API access and a dedicated customer support specialist.
