Transaction Rooms is closely integrated with DocuSign, making managing contracts a breeze. The user interface is not great, but worth considering if already have and love DocuSign as your e-signature tool.

Seamlessly connects your transactions with E Signature.
Con
If you have a “free” account previously it will take days for support to get the accounts sorted out, meaning you can’t use rooms.
The most basic functions like “delete” doesn’t always work and it will be your responsibility to help support figure out why.
The most essential function of the reviewer signing the document for state compliance is a multiple-step process.
They will accuse you of using more seats than you have at random to try and squeeze more money out of you.
