The app can be interacted with live from your phone as customers reach out, or set automated responses if necessary and collect contact information. Formilla has expanded beyond chat and includes a simple, integrated email marketing system called Formilla Edge.

The Professional gets rid of the Formilla branding, unlimited smart messages, Google Analytics integrations, and can be used on multiple websites. It is $49.99/mo if paid monthly.
Their Growth plan is $74.99/mo, and goes up to 2 chat agents, 20,000 contacts, and team training.
All paid products come with a 15-day free trial.

My Personal Recommendation
I used Formilla on my own website.
I don’t yet trust automated chatbots, and Formilla allowed me a way to engage potential clients on my website live.
It set it up so it was like they were texting me from my website, which made it forgivable if I wasn’t able to answer immediately. If I didn’t respond after an amount of time I could set, then an automatic message would appear saying I was away from my phone but will get back to them ASAP. I already had their phone number and could get back to them ASAP.
Connections would come to my phone on the app, or, more often, in my browser that I would keep open while at my computer. I could message people from within the Formilla dashboard easily.
I did not use their AI Chat Bots which were not available at the time.
I had zero complaints. It did everything I wanted it to for a live chat app and is fairly priced. At no point was I frustrated with its features and get Grass-Is-Greener Syndrome looking for alternatives.
While it has AI functions now, agents who want the automated engagement probably will find better alternatives. That is a relatively recent addition to Formilla and other companies are more focused on those functions.
