Commissions Inc websites have reasonably similar designs. Common elements include a map search near the footer, agent roster, featured listings, neighborhood pages, brokerage logo in the top left, and a large, flat header. Many CINC sites also feature the “My Notebook” feature in the menu, a place where buyers can maintain a “notebook” on their home search.

Be sure to check that these agents are still using Commissions Inc. Agents change websites more often than they change clothes, and it is possible they have switched to a new website provider since this writing. To confirm, you can see Commissions Inc noted in the Terms of Use at the bottom of the CINC website.

Shelly isn’t the only Killeen agent with a CINC website! Local top producer Jean Shine recently got a Commissions Inc website as well. As of this writing, they have a simple Automabots chat box integrated with their webpage.

Chad is on the Real Trends top teams in 1000 in position 35 and having done 736.45 transactions in the past year. He also has a CINC site!

Laura Gillott

Another top producer, Laura’s website is one of the prettiest examples of a Commissions Inc site.

Try clicking on the “My Notebook” tab to see one of the features of a CINC site, allowing buyers to save information related to their home search in one place.

As an aside, the Ginther group has their client appreciation events front and center on their website. Maybe someone to check out for ideas on staying in touch with your SOI.
