It is the tech-savvy way of running your direct mail campaign and focusing on listing leads. SmartZip is worth considering for those who are farming with a direct mail component. And like all leads, they are only as good as you are. You’ve gotta work it.

SmartZip only has a live phone line for new customers! If you are a returning customer your only option to contact them is via submitting a ticket to their support team. When switching companies I reached out asking them give me a call to get my information switched over my new company. I never heard back so I sent an email to cancel service. I will admit I did forget about it since I never heard back then when doing my taxes I saw I had many charges from Smart zip for the entire year. I had to go through submitting a ticket and when I finally got to speak with someone they offer me a $2000 early cancellation fee or I could continue at a discounted service of roughly $400 a month instead of the $572 a month they had been charging my card to illegally advertise for my old brokerage as I never received a call about the charges and never personally signed a new contract. When I asked how a new contract was signed I was told by the support member that they auto renew the membership if they don’t hear back from the client! All this to say I am currently locked into another year with no connection to my account because it is linked to an email at my old brokerage that I don’t have access to, and when asked for screenshots during my call they said they would send to me, and now they are radio silent again and there is nobody that I can call because they don’t have a line to call for support! I highly recommend trying all other options before advertising with Smartzip. Also, if it wasn’t obvious I didn’t receive a single sale after over a year of advertising with them!
