I purchased a report for one property in Arizona (the property is old and I couldn’t find records in public databases) for $5. After I paid the $5 there was no report! I literally paid $5 for nothing. However, the worst part is that they charged my PayPal $34.99 THREE times. I asked customer service for a refund and they refused. STAY AWAY!
