Diverse Solutions is a real estate website IDX provider. They provide listing alerts, map displays, forced registration, and more.
Diverse Solutions is a small IDX company that started in 2005 and is located in Bellevue, WA. Zillow bought the company in 2011. In 2016, they later sold it to Market Leader, who is also now a member of Constellation Software (Zurple, Z57).

iFrame Options for Squarespace and Wix
80% of Diverse Solution’s customers are on WordPress.
But they do have the Mapping IDX option available for Squarespace and Wix users, which is something most competitors can’t match!
URL Structure
Diverse Solutions property listings are not subdomains like other IDX providers, e.g. IDX Broker.
That means instead of something like www.idx.yoursite.com, their link are www.yoursite.com/address.
This probably doesn’t matter very much? These pages aren’t permanent anyway (unlike, say, Zillow, which has permanent Home Detail Pages (HDP) that earn SEO traffic). But if you are uniquely annoyed by subdomains, Diverse Solutions has you covered.
Google Maps
Diverse Solutions builds its maps on Google Maps instead of MapQuest like many others IDX providers.
Google Maps is, in my opinion, one of the best map options. Because I use it in my own life, it makes browsing on Google Maps in an IDX feed more intuitive.
Good MLS Coverage
Diverse Solutions is one of the oldest IDX options, beginning in 2005.
As such, they have had a long time to develop relationships with the multitude of local MLS vendors.
Chances are high they serve your area!
Biggest Pitfalls
Underwhelming Design
The advanced search is worth it and allows you to search some neat things like whether a home has had a price drop in the last so many days.
But it has an iFrame feel and I’m not in love with the design.
Many of Diverse Solutions’ partners have much better looking search. For example, Agentfire websites look fantastic. So this critique only applies to the vanilla out-of-the-box Diverse Solutions IDX.

Diverse Solutions has a Basic and Pro version of the dsIDXpress. The Basic is $59.95/mo. The Pro is $89.95/mo and includes the mobile responsive IDX, sold data, forced registration and lead capture tools, and advanced search.
Both versions of the dsIDXpress include a one-time $99.95 setup fee.
The dsSearchAgent Mapping IDX is $89.95/mo. It adds Google map search functionality, and allows you to add search tools outside the sidebar.
They have Traffic Workx product for $299/mo and a $199.95 setup. It is a digital advertising product that will use paid Google Ads advertising to send visitors to conversion pages.
They offer a 30-day free trial.

My Personal Recommendation
I wouldn’t use Diverse Solutions on my own DIY WordPress site (I use IDX Broker).
But I would have no problem with them as an IDX provider if I were using one of their partner website designers. AgentFire, Hyper Farmer, Big Red Jelly, and the Gather Group and Co have relationships with Diverse Solutions. If you need Diverse Solutions for its MLS coverage, URL strucutre, or Google Maps, I would recommend building your site through one of these providers.
Advanced search is the most essential thing to upgrade to Pro and will likely mean you want to use that.
