Instead of AI chatbots or you having to be glued to your computer watching for chatting visitors, ReadyChat has a 24/7 agent concierge who respond to chatting visitors for you. ReadyChat communicates with visitors when queried and seek to turn them into appointments, sending new leads straight to your CRM.

Founded in 2012, ReadyChat is based in Toronto, ON and was bought out by Austin-based real estate email marketing company OutboundEngine, which was subsequently purchased by Elm Street Technologies.

The Value package is $199/mo with a $299 setup fee and covers up to 10 leads. Each additional lead is $15. You can use the chat on up to two websites ($75 for additional websites).

The Premium Package is $399/mo with a $399 setup fee for up to 25 leads. Additional leads at $13 each. You can use it on up to 4 websites ($75 for each additional website).

They have custom pricing solutions for larger companies.

ReadyChat has no contracts and you can cancel at anytime.
