HelloAlex Pricing*
- $99/mo and $200 setup for Campaign Builder
- $399/mo and $500 setup for the Base Pack
- $1000/mo and $2000 setup for the Enterprise Account
- $0.01 for 1 credit
The different features are charged by credits.
The starter package, called “Campaign Builder” is $99/mo with a $200 setup fee. It includes 1000 credits and access to the campaign builder feature, but not any of the actual chat or AI features.
The Base Pack as $399/mo and $500 setup. It includes all the HelloAlex features including the chat and AI.
The Enterprise solution is $1000/mo with a $2000 setup fee. It is designed for brokerages and franchises, coming with up to 7 accounts with the HelloAlex system. You can add additional accounts over the 7 for an additional $99/mo each.
There is a large list of itemized credit pricing. For example, a 6×9 postcard costs 102 credits. A ringless voicemail is 5 credits. Each SMS text is 1 credit.
