20 Real Estate Agents with Amazing Instagram Accounts

Published by Brian E Adams on

Being visual, Instagram is an especially strong medium for luxury real estate agents. But there are still “normal” agents who are attracting a following and earning potential clients.

These real estate accounts aren’t necessarily the biggest. Rather, I tried to find a good mix of different accounts that are finding success and posting the kinds of Instagram posts you should be posting to earn leads.

Here are some of the best real estate Instagram accounts to model your own social media on!

Olivia Merrill

Formerly on a team with champion blogger Mor Zucker, Olivia has taken her knowledge solo as the founder of the Denver Look Blog.

Her account appears to be about 90% her, and 10% real estate, which seems to work! She’s the center of her brand, which is magazine-quality photoshoots of Olivia exuding a professional and youthful brand.

Nikki Sanders and Chris Pazsik

UpgradeYourShell is the husband-wife duo Chris and Nikki.

They focus heavily on Instagram Reels, and have a lot of video content.

Instagram is so central to their business that it takes up a huge chunk of real estate on their website homepage, as well.

Their account includes both their personal life and their professional life, spanning from wedding anniversary videos to informational content like an Instagram Reel intro to renovation loans. Most of the content, even the fun stuff, is squarely related to real estate, though.

Ben Laube

Ben is the owner broker of Ben Laube Homes, a team with over 20 members.

He is present in nearly every one of his posts, reflecting how much Instagram is very much about people and not just houses (although a few get away with doing just houses, later on this list).

He’s also sure to post professional content like attending eXp Con and his professional participation in the real estate industry community.

Lena Samigoullina

Lena is a luxury agent in Los Angeles who does great listing videos in addition to the steady diet of typical Instagram content.

The thumbnails feature her looking into the camera before the Reel takes us off through the home. She’s still in the video, giving it a personal touch, but the focus is still the home.

That’s been good for over 127,000 followers on Instagram as of this writing!

The Bienstock Group

This account for the Bienstock Group has mostly homes!

Another LA broker, their high-end homes clearly make for compelling Instagram photos and have earned them over 36,000 follows.

Just a reminder that you don’t have to be front and center of your Instagram account, though it surely helps.

Bobbie Lane

Bobbie Lane with KW has an active and successful Instagram account.

Her photos have a pretty consistent color palette – bright interiors with lots of white and natural browns.

That is great branding! Good job!

Delaney Burgess

Delaney, with The Nyman Group, is another one who makes effective and funny use of Instagram Reels! Check out Owen Wilson checking out this house!

She also posts open houses, closings with home buyers, and Halloween pics!

Bryce and Stefanie Lugo

Stefanie Lugo isn’t just on a team with her husband. She is a real estate coach and mentor, with extra special expertise in Instagram!

In addition to her YouTube channel with free content, her coaching business is called the Market Authority Academy featuring monthly workshops, weekly coaching calls, and success blueprint to take your real estate career to the next level.

Jessie Strohm

Jessie, with Compass, makes it clear that her Instagram serves two passions: real estate and stationary bikes (apparently not a Peloton but somewhere called B/SPOKE?)

She’s got a decent number of Instagram stories working on her page as well.

Nikol Klein

Nikol puts time into her videos as a luxury agent. You can see how her video strategy seamlessly integrates into her Instagram presence, good for over 12,000 followers.

Some of her videos appear to be created natively on the Instagram App. But many others are done professionally and then uploaded to Instagram.

Brittany Axelson

Brittany’s Instagram is about half Just Listed / Just Sold posts, and half her and her family and friends in Arizona or vacationing on the ocean. It’s good for over 2400 followers!

Leta Hyche

Leta puts her family front and center in her Instagram account.

She’s not only a Realtor, though, but a coach, helping other agents focus on referrals specifically in what she terms the “Referrals to Revenue System”.

And what a killer account name: Live Love List.

Monica Alexandra

Monica seems like a fun person judging from her Instagram and videos! In addition to being a Realtor, she is a professional dancer, and isn’t afraid to show off both at the same time!

Kristin Smith

Kristin Smith comes from a family of Realtors and is very active in the Texas association.

Her posts are mostly personal, but as so much of her life is real estate, there is a lot of real estate in there anyway!

Jason Lee Villarreal

Jason has super high engagement on his posts, despite only a few Reels. The 18,000 followers probably has something to do with it. But maybe he has a lot of friends, too?

His is another exemplary account demonstrating the ideal blend of personal and professional.

Paige Schulte

Normally, if you have to say you’re authentic in your bio, you might not be.

But Paige seems on the money as her Instagram screams authenticity. And all that smiling is infectious, even through pictures!

Joyce Rey

$5B in sales.

110,000 Instagram followers.

Nuff said.

Chad Carroll

Chad Carroll is another luxury agent, this time out of Florida, who is crushing Instagram with nearly half a million followers.

You don’t need to get this many followers for Instagram to be an effective lead-generation strategy. That’s good, because it might take a Bravo TV show to pull it off!

Robert Khederian

Robert’s feed features mostly homes, but occasionally includes himself introducing some of his homes.

And sometimes homes that are NOT his listings. For example, the above is a virtual tour of the late Barbara Walters apartment, which was on the market. That’s a great way to create engaging content, even if not for your own listing.

His chunky audience of 50,000 means these all get lots of likes and comments!

Loida Velasquez

Loida, the “Wonder Woman of Real Estate”, works closely with Bryan Casella and has a popular YouTube channel in her own right.

It looks like she has fun with her Instagram account!

Conclusion

Know of any other agents who belong among a list of the best real estate accounts on Instagram. Please share in the comments and I can add them in!

Agents absolutely succeed at earning real estate leads from Instagram.
