The Semi-Custom is $3000+ setup and $149/mo, and includes a personal design consultation with a custom homepage.

The Custom Website is $5000+ depending on the included design features, and is a complete website built from scratch with the WolfNet design team.

They have a brokerage website solution that includes agent pages. The Instant Website pricing plan is $549-$599 for the setup. The other two plans depend on the extend of your needs.
