We have sent multiple emails to Conversion Monster to discontinue our relationship. We have recieved reciept ia email and were told we would be receiving our thousands of dollars due back to us. We continue to email and call with no call back. We continue to get updates daily. I had to pretend to be an agent wanting to use Conversion Monster to finally get a call back. Yes, your sale peple are on it, not your customer service or management. I expect a call back and email back within 24 hrs. Thank you.
